A 3 egg omelette with freshly fried tortilla chips sautéed in your one choice of our famous chilaquiles sauce: red spicy, red mild, green spicy or green not spicy. With caramelized onions, a blend of jack and cheddar cheese with chives. Served with a side of marinated steak.
